  • ADP PARKING CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE INCLUDING BOOTSPACE
  • ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CLAIMS FOR VEHICLES MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO THE VEHICLE LEAVING THE ADP PARKING REPRESENTATIVE
  • ADP PARKING WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THEFT OR ANY PART OF THE WHOLE OF THE VEHICLE
  • ADP PARKING WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE IN THE EVENT OF FIRE, FLOOD, TEMPEST,

    LANDSLIDE, UPHEAVAL, EARTHQUAKE, TERRORISM, WAR, FORCES OF NATURE, THIRD PARTIES, OR ACTS OF GOD

  • CAR PARKING MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO LEAVING THE VEHICLE AND KEYS WITH THE ADP PARKING REPRESENTATIVE
  • EXCESS PARKING FOR LATE RETURNS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE VEHICLE LEAVING THE ADP PARKING REPRESENTATIVE
  • EXCESS FEES NOT PAID ON RETURN WILL INCORPORATE A £20 ADMINISTRATION FEE + EXCESS, ALONG WITH PAYMENT OF THE DAYS OWED

    (FAILING THIS COUNTY COURT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN)

  • PARKING IS CHARGED ON A MINIMUM 24HR CHARGING PERIOD
  • DISHONOURED CHEQUES WILL BE CHARGED WITH AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF £15.00
  • ADP PARKING RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELOCATE YOUR VEHICLE TO A LONG TERM SECURE STORAGE COMPOUND.
  • VEHICLES WILL ONLY BE

    DRIVEN BY QUALIFIED DRIVERS AND UNDER OUR OWN SPECIALIST INSURANCE

  • CLIENTS WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE ONLY THE KEYS RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE
  • ADP PARKING ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR NON STARTING VEHICLES
  • IN THE EVENT THAT THE VEHICLE EXHAUSTS ITS FUEL SUPPLY ADP PARKING WILL PROVIDE 4.55 LITRES OF THE CORRECT TYPE AND GRADE

    OF FUEL AT A CHARGE OF £15.00

  • ADP PARKING ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE OF THE VEHICLE
  • ALL VEHICLES ARE ACCEPTED FOR PARKING ON THE BASIS THAT THEY ARE ROAD LEGAL
  • ADP DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR BROKEN WINDSCREENS OR GLASS OF THE VEHCILE
  • ADP DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGED WHEELS OR DAMAGED TYRES OR PUNCTURED TYRES
  • FOR LARGE VEHICLES, MOTOR CARAVANS OR TRAILERS A MINIMUM OF 50% SURCHARGE WILL BE LEVIED
  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE EITHER BY WRITING OR VIA EMAIL AND MUST BE CONFIRMED BY ADP

  • THE FULL PAYMENT WILL STILL BE PAID IF CUSTOMERS RETURN EARLY.
  • FOR LATE RETURNS THERE WILL BE A £10.00 FEE FOR THE FIRST

    DAY AND £5.00 PER DAY FEE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DAYS

  • ADP CUSTOMERS MUST ENSURE THAT SUFFICIENT TIME IS ALLOWED TO REACH THE AIRPORT FOR OUTGOING FLIGHTS
  • ADP MUST BE CONTACTED 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT ON THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE CONFIRMATION
  • ADP MAY OCCASSIONALLY EMAIL YOU OFFERS AND INFORMATION ON OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES OR OUR PARTNERS PRODUCTS & SERVICES
  • UPON SIGNING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADP PARKING ON THE ARRIVAL ENVELOPE, AUTHORISES ADP PARKING REPRESENATIVES TO

    DRIVE THE VEHICLE

  • IF LIABILITY IS ACCEPTED, ADP WILL CONTACT PRE APPROVED REPRESENTATIVES TO CONTACT CUSTOMER AND CARRY OUT REPAIRS
  • CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE VEHICLE PRIOR TO PAYMENT IN FULL
  • ADP WILL NOT RELEASE VEHICLES TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT NOTICE IN WRITING
  • ADP DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OF VEHCILE IF TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE NOT BEEN SIGNED
  • ANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING OUR SERVICE SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE COLLECTION OF THE VEHICLE AND SENT BY
